How I help
Based on my experience and feedback from pet parents I have developed a “method”.
Every dog is unique and not all conditions can be treated by me. Hence I must fully understand their condition, before I commit to helping them. Hence the discovery call is important and I do not charge for it.
My therapies need tweaking, therefore I do insist that both you and I commit to atleast two consults upfront - the initial and the second consult.
Ongoing check-ins / follow-ups are recommended to ensure your pet is receiving the most appropriate individual focus and therapy.
I am mindful that some dogs are unable to travel, so my consultations are mobile - I come to them. Exceptions are where some dogs are anxious / fearful / not welcoming of visitors in their space, I use video-link based telehealth consultations for those situations.
You can book consultation appointments from my online store. However, as travel times vary significantly please treat each booking as a request. I will respond to your request and try and provide a timeslot as close to your request as practicable.
You can buy my remedies from my online store only after I have completed my initial consult.

A 20-minute phone conversation during which I gather information about your dog’s history, presenting symptoms/disease and current diet and lifestyle to establish possible deficiencies and root cause(s).
This will help us both decide as to whether I can in fact assist your dog.

Mobile Consultations
This option is better for dogs who can be given hands-on therapy.
Mobile clinic consultations include a Bioptron® Light Therapy treatment and an individual naturopathic prescription starter pack.
During the initial consultation I will
discuss your dog’s health history,
physically assess pain / mobility issues,
assess skin condition
administer hands-on therapy
administer Bioptron® Light therapy
prescribe remedies based on my assessment.
During the second consultation I will
gather feedback / information on developments / issues since initial consultation
physically assess pain / mobility / skin
administer hands-on therapy
administer Bioptron® Light therapy
Adjust prescription as necessary
Combined cost to you - $ 195
Telehealth Consultations
This option is better for dogs that are fearful / anxious / not welcoming of visitors.
No naturopathic prescription starter pack is included, I will prescribe remedies at the end of the consult, which will need to be purchased from my online store.
During the initial consultation I will
discuss your dog’s health history,
focus on remotely assessing issues relating to pain / mobility and skin condition
Prescribe remedies based on my assessment.
During the second consultation I will
gather feedback / information on developments / issues since initial consultation
remotely assess changes in pain / mobility / skin
Adjust prescription as necessary
Combined cost to you - $ 155
Step 3 - Ongoing follow-ups / Check-ins
Mobile Consultations
During the check-in consultation I will

physically assess pain / mobility / skin
administer hands-on therapy, as applicable

discuss any potential dietary / lifestyle changes that may be required

Ongoing prescriptions for Naturopathic supplements
Ongoing Naturopathic Supplements may be purchased in combination with ongoing treatment, from my online store to purchase
Delivery options :
1. I deliver previously purchased supplements when I visit for a mobile consultation
2. I arrange delivery (cost to be confirmed, subject to delivery partners)
3. We mutually arrange for you to pick up
